The idea here is to create a real concept for the Novotel group and the Accor group in order to export it to several hotels.
I therefore focused on the brand image and the feeling of the customer experience. Based on studies concerning the relaxation needs of future customers: Biophilic architecture was therefore one of the obvious solutions for me combining relaxation, well-being through the expression of the senses but also preservation of the environment in an increasingly necessary ecological approach.
