For this project, I wanted to settle in an already existing place public  with some malfunctions in terms of use in order to make this place more attractive. This place represented for me very interesting spatial qualities to work on such as the slope of the land, its geometry and its surface. Being very accessible by transport and close to many school facilities due to its location, this place public  represents an important asset for the future location of my building.

First of all, I carried out an implementation in the form of division to allow to direct the flows and to develop my project in the form of several modules with interactions. 

The plot being very geometric, I naturally wanted to develop a grid based on the angles of the plot. The building is thus set up on the outskirts of the plot to create a public square in its center accessible by 3 accesses. It is divided into 3 levels and allows you to manage the slope while offering several uses.

A lighting strategy has been put in place in order to better manage the sunshine inside the volume with vertical or horizontal openings depending on the exposure. The facades are worked in shuttered concrete  which gives  rhythm and is one with the openings.
